NUMA stands for the National Unilever Managers Association, that transferred into a predecessor of Prospect (IPMS) in 1990.

Prospect represents members working in research and development as well as managerial and professional roles working for Unilever and other companies such as H J Heinz, Ineos, Thermo Fisher Scientific and Unipath. 

Our members work across the UK in sites such as Port Sunlight and Colworth, near Bedford.

We provide individual advice and professional representation to members working in this critical part of the economy.
