Important news about eSites

This information is for current users of our eSite system. (If you're not sure what an eSite is, read this.) Over the next few weeks eSites will be affected by major changes to our IT systems. We have already stopped accepting requests for new eSites or turning on additional modules for existing eSites. This will continue until the spring. 

There was a period of downtime for some eSite tools from Wednesday 19 February. eSite mass email and online membership/leavers/joiners lists were unavailable from that date for a period of a few weeks.

• Membership/leavers/joiners stats and lists were reinstated on Friday 28 March. 
• The current mass email tool will be replaced by a new system in spring 2025. Full details (and training) will be available shortly.

We apologise for any inconvenience the downtime caused you, but it was unavoidable while we transitioned to our new systems.
