Campaigning on Neurodiversity

Neurodiversity is an important issue and one that Branch will be working on in 2023/4.

Following a successful motion in our AGM, Branch is committed to working with HR and our on-site staff neurodiversity group to both raise awareness and achieve positive change at UKHO in this area.

It's early days, but branch has started to establish an understanding of neurodiversity at UKHO through a survey made available to all staff. We had a great response rate and we have shared this data with on-site stakeholders to stimulate conversation, ideas and raise awareness.
